This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

To realize DIGITAL INDIA we need to develop the IT systems (necessary for SURAJYA). Whiling providing contract to IT major, make it compulsory for the company to provide paid-internship (3-6 months) to pre-final year engg students to work on the proj. The no. of students can vary depending on the complexity of proj. In this way, the GOVT is happy (cheap proj), Company is happy (cheap labour), STUDENTs are happy (hands-on exp). In this way we can bridge the gap between industry & institutions.

Dear sir I don't doubt your intentions & efforts to bring back the black money to India . Sir my humble suggestion would be to use innovative methods & take help from USA UK GERMANY FRANCE to formulate a single strategy where no tax heaven space should be allowed. Sir in your G20 meeting please take up this issue. Speak to Obama, Cameroon, Merkel, Holland to share your concern. And finally name & shame those countries who allow this black money to be stashed. Ban Their goods in India. Bless you

Sir , I have an idea about digital india campeign. In this campeign first we have to include major compnies like bsnl and other and they set a zonal offices in every distt. and these offices have to set up many sub offices in every distt, And they have to be given a target of some villages or tehils. And they give the report to their zonal offices. and zonal offices have to give their report to their central office and they have to give to PMO. by this we make this campeign very sucessful.

My humble idea is to establish powerful innovative internet highway to take India to 1. Green India ..2. Digital India. Green India should flash the benefits of green life with more prosperity. The internet speed should be average by 15 mbs for every citizen..All posters and advertiements in walls and in paper should be discouraged like ban plastic bags.every place we should planta tree witha slogan of this govt in digital signs.

ITI LTD., Mankapur, the first PSU of India, which made the place the DIGITAL CITY, has an average literacy rate of 77%, higher than the national average of 67.5%. Wards of employees from this single unit are serving the nation through various national and MNCs, JUDICIARY, academics, Civil services, MEDICALS, Sports, NGOs and other govt. as well as non-govt.services. Still employees work on 5th pay scale = violative of constitutional duty of Authorities = failure to keep up the oath taken.

ITI LTD. cannot be seen as only one industrial unit. Large number of families are associated with it. Trade, Business and occupations of people living near ITI Ltd., Mankapur are being run because of this unit. It is the source of livelihood to people living nearby. Revival of ITI LTD by linking it with the DIGITAL INDIA PLAN will generate employment and will help to bring a national undertaking in the industrial strata.
