My thought, expecting your all expert comments and more suggestions on that please. Request to #government (#Finance #minister) : All TAX (VAT, service tax, education cess etc) paid during Year should be directly deducted from Income for #Income #Tax. It will motivate people to collect bills of all purchase and services. Ultimately it will generate more #WhiteMoney.

4) The university should hold national level competitions on various fields of importance for the armed forces like robotics, artificial intelligence, communications etc. Provide cash incentives, maybe a research or job opportunity at ISRO,DRDO for winners. We have a lot to learn from DARPA.Check this out-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DARPA_Robotics_Challenge

3) This university like the DARPA should act as a nodal agency for all Indian students who want to develop projects on defence technology and also funding and all necessary assistance should be given to promising and ground breaking projects.Idea is to give enough incentives to provide impetus to research for students and getting the best available tech in the industry for our forces.

While it is good to create defense university, we need to fix basic things first such as: There is lack of awareness about Defence courses available in the country - need awareness There is no website or lack of knowledge about such website that provides information about Defence courses available in the country We do not know from what age a person can enroll for a defence course

There is hardly any courses for the general public with regard to defence. Correspondence courses in Intelligence gathering and related courses is not offered by anyone. Do bring in such courses as well.

Excellent initiative! Two things - there should be strategic courses for all age groups and entry should be allowed for all Indian nationals of course depending on aptitude and qualification.
