It is good initiative. But i think that we already have the infrastructure in place which we are over looking & trying to reinvent the wheel. we already have various military studies related institutions in place such as DIAT, CME and various other institutions as given in draft. The need of the hour is to have effective hierarchical management which could integrate and synergies this distributed infrastructure. Instead of creating a new university, we should have a council under aegis of PMO.

Any rebel from rules ought to be hanged or shot in cell. Only & Only honest people with good & moral character ought to be promoted & if we do not find such person then let the position be vacant then to fill it by any rascal. Army ought to see & keep a check on Judiciary, Politicians, Police & Bureaucracy & any unethical or immoral acts by these people ought to be crushed with a bullet in their head.

INDIAN defense or Army should not be under Control of any politician or under President or any Judge. We should only select honest and ethical & moral people for higher post in army who do not have narrow mindset of caste , religion of any other biased feelings in short he or she ought to be wise person like Swami Vivekananda havinf wisedom to see far & make decision accordingly. Their should not be one head of the Army UNIt , infact we ought to have a group of honest & fiercel patriotic peopl

There should be short course (1yr)for our politicians & government employees on planning and administration before/after joining the service so that they can serve efficiently. Our politicians wake up when we face drought and flood without preparing in advance. Smart city blue print should be there. Free meals to mother and children (farmers & BPL)through schools and additional centres.they have to bring their standard plates.(refund coupon system) can minimise suicides. Slowly abolish.ration

The university should be established under the aegis of the combined defence services. The management should comprise of serving/retired defence personnel. It should not include any civil servants or politicians.
