All Politicians MUST be mandated to take a crash course with INDU, with this course including field visits. A Political Leader aspiring to be the representative of ordinary Citizens must be familiar with, and respectful of, how we ensure the security of our Country's Geographical boundaries that define each one of us as Indians. After all exisitng MPs have taken a course, it will be the turn of Bureaucrats to do the field Visit part of the Course.

The defence university needs a good budget and free from bureaucracy. It should also be strictly based on merit. It should have a selection process that is currently in place for defence personnels and SSE. the candidates who applies for SSE / Defence exams / currently working in defence will be best suited as candidate for the university. We need to invest very heavy in this sector and current army / raw / police / CBI and other government and law enforcement agencys should be proritized

Comprehensive Physical and Intelligence tests should be the criteria for selection and no reservation of any kind may be given. If necessary the income category can be criteria for preselection for poor students, with free tution ,lodging and boarding and If after one year training the persons fails to achieve the required marks in the common selection exam then no admission may be given. This will help a level competition ground.

Students of INDU must be made to feel proud of their nation. This is possible only when we tell them about our great writers, scientist ,astronomers, astrologist, mathematician, surgeons, health/medicines researchers, sexologist & social activists . like Ved Vyas, Panini, Kanad, Aryabhat, Varahmihir, Bhaskarachary, Dhanvantari, Sushrut, Charak, Patanjali, Vatsyayan,& Adi sankarachary and many more. Science would have not reached to todays level if we would have not contributed to the world

My suggestion is to make more physical training centers and education centers at all states. So, that more students can make their future. Need to give more centers from thoes state from where less people is taking part in defence.

Honorable Prime Minister of India, Potential will be in every one, even like you became the Hon Prime minister of India, chances should be given to any Government servant of the country irrespective of Groups, even retirees for any golden strategies for the country, even a common man who deserves. selection should not be examination, it's not talent, it should be mind to mind. In multitude of counsels there is safety.
