Univrsity should have curriculum aiming at creating Analysts, Planners and Strategists fraternity besides supplementing the needs of Services.Greater emphasis needs to be placed on interservices Logistics and Resources Planning; an aspect that forms major component of the Services expenditure. Personnel appointed in MOD/MOD(Finance)should also undergo some designated training before taking up the positions. This would help in better coordination between Services and the Ministry Staff.

Our Vedas may certainly help in Use of ancient war technology and in this regard a separate Department may be set-up. Moreover, the secrecy of the country must be protected.

Sir, I am in teaching for more than 8 years.I am Assistant Professor in a reputed engineering college.I have observed that we have many engineering graduate in our country but we don't have operators, technicians and skilled worked. Engineer may design one aircraft but it will be manufactured by a some operator. Our engineers have very little practical knowledge. This is the difference between India and China. My suggestion is more practical papers included in the syllabus.

Apart from the proposed departments, establishment of one department related to international laws of defence and commerce should be considered. Be it UNCLOS, Nuclear commerce, export of defence equipment or getting into control organisations like NSG, we always need experts who know how the international law works in these areas. As India's profile rises it should have experts who not only put up India's case but also can help India contribute to such multilateral laws in future.
