Indian National Defence University Bill, 2015 proposes to establish a world class fully autonomous institution of National Importance under Ministry of Defence. University will develop and propagate higher education (PhD, M Phil, M Tech and M Sc) in National Security Studies, Defence Management and Defence Technology and promote policy oriented research on all aspects relating to national security, both internal and external. It would also encourage awareness of national security issues by reaching out to scholars and an audience beyond the official machinery. It will also serve as a think tank contributing to policy formulation and debates on security and strategy. INDU will inculcate and promote coordination and interaction not just between the three Armed Services but also between other agencies of the Government, the Civil Bureaucracy, Para Military Forces, Central Armed Police Forces, Intelligence Services, Diplomats, Academicians, Strategic Planners, University Students and officers from Friendly Foreign Countries. It would create synergy between the academic community and Govt functionaries. It would make available opportunities for higher studies through distance learning to interested military personnel.

Initially, four new colleges / institutions, namely School of National Security Studies, School of Defence Technology, School of Defence Management and Centre for Distance and Open Learning are proposed to be set up at main campus at Binola, Gurgaon. The four existing Defence Institutions namely National Defence College (NDC), New Delhi, College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad, Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington and National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune are proposed to be brought under the ambit of INDU without diluting their powers or autonomy for award of degrees and diplomas.

The last date for sharing inputs on Draft Indian National Defense University Bill, 2015 is 21st August, 2016.

Firstly the admission to this INDU should on first come first basis & admission to all, as a child everyone wants to join defence, but due to unwanted exams most of youngs are not joining defence, it suitable enterance. After 4th class the admisssion should be according skill interest. Here i want to you to start INDU from class 1st. This university should be establish in sakhara, a nearby town to NDRF LATUR m.s, so that we also say INDU as " INDUS "which is indian major river.

common man training programme. so at the time of war common man can give their contribution.compulsory basic training at school programme but without arms training.

Bill should include more emphasis on welfare of Indian defence people (especially lower rank).Govt. should provide hassle free facilities to the martyr's facility like basic job, education tochildren.one time award and money didn't sufficient for life.prestigious award and fund for indigenousinnovations so people will attract to indian R&D and also it will stopbrain drain."Give priority to R&D".CompulsoryBasic training atschool level,make student aware and healthy.commonman trainig prog.

WE MUST HAVE TO TEACH STUDENTS ABOUT BRAVERY OF OUR INDIAN ARMY.EVEN FROM LOWER CLASS BY IMPLEMENTING THE SYLLABUS.IF WE DO SO THEN THERE IS POSSIBILITY OF MUCH RECRUITMENT IN ARMY AND MUCH DEVOTEE ONE WILL BE IN ARMY.ALSO IN COMING FUTURE OUR COUNTRY WILL BE CORRUPTION FREE.ALSO YOU MAY MAKE A SEPERATE ACCOUNT FOR COLLECTION OF DONATION FOR OUR ARMY AND IT MUST BE IN REACH OF EVERY CITIZEN OF THE COUNTRY.EVEN IF A PERSON DEPOSITS ONLY 10 RUPEES IN A MONTH THEN IT WILL COLLECT A HUGE AMOUNT.

what do i think about this is that all the necessary equipments and technologies should be facilitated for further advancement in our defence technology . All the faculty member should be provided with appropriate facilities like for their family and all , so that worthy mentors could be available for the students .

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, हमारी सेने इतनी सतर्क है फिर भी दुश्मन आ जाता है, तो ऊन को पकडकर उनकी मेहमान navaji ना कि जाये क्यूकी हमारा पैसे बरबाद होता है उन्हे इन्फॉर्मशन मिळते हि गोळी मार दि जाये, जैसे हमने ऊस कसाब को सांभाळा क्यू , हम भूल गाये कि हमारे kitane भाई ऊस पाकिस्तान के कब्जे में रोज नरक कि आग सहन करते है वहा उन्हे ठीक से राहणे को भी नाही मिळत अन्य सुविधा तो दूर कि बात है, तो पाकी अटंकीयो कि इतनी मेहमान नावजी क्यू ओह पैसे सेने के आर्म्स में लागा डीजीए.
