In India students are frustrated with the Govt policy concerned with the education system as well as with the recruitment policy of the center/state authorities in the colleges/universities. As I did my Doctorate from IITB in 2013 and since then I am applying in the various universities but till now there is no interview either in any university. I request you to fix some time limit in all the Govt departments for this whole process from advertisement to the final selection.

शिक्षा (Education); स्वाध्याय ;(Self Realization); योग-साधना अथवा अध्यात्म ;(Spiritualization) और तत्त्वज्ञान (True, supreme & Perfect KNOWLEDGE रूप भगवद्ज्ञान रूप सत्यज्ञान रूप सम्पूर्णज्ञान सम्पूर्ण की उपलब्धि कराने वाली हो-- उपर्युक्त प्रकार से ही हो।

अध्ययन-अध्यापन और ‘ज्ञान’ समाज सुधार और जीवोद्धार तथा सुखी-सम्पन्न समाज हेतु सर्वप्रथम सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण एवं सभी के लिए ही एक अनिवार्यतः आवश्यक विधान है ।

"गुरुजन बन्धुओं को चाहिए कि सबसे पहले विद्यार्थियों को शिष्टाचार का व्यावहारिक पहलू मजबूत करें ! ‘सत्यं बद्; धर्मं चर ! (सत्य बोलें और धर्म पर रहें-चलें !)’ अध्ययन का मूलमन्त्र होना चाहिये । इसकी व्यावहारिकता पर सबसे कड़ी दृष्टि होनी चाहिये ।"

Creating a cutting edge educational system will help Indian students and also position India as the favourite destination for global students, thus bringing revenue into the country. To co-ordinate these efforts and active facilitation, we should set up an empowered body backed by legislation and consisting of eminent people from different walks of life (academia, industry, government).

Government should make it mandatory for all Government Employees (from IAS to Clerk) to admit their children into Government schools. Further it should also be mandatory that IAS, IPS etc high ranking officials will only admit their children in the schools falling under the constituency in which they are posted and the children of all the staff working under these high ranking officials must also be mandatorily given admission in these schools. This simple thing can solve all our problems.
