A wrong doer justifies himself by putting a question- "Who is not wrong doer ? "He denotes a few names of wrong doers, justifying his wrong actions. A concept is being developed that various highly placed authorities are making money through wrongful ways that’s why wrong doers justifying themselves in the working of similar manner. None of the political parties can claim sincerely to root-out corruption. Political activities are being based on Crime and corruption. Most of the political leaders and Govt. officials are involved in money making business through their posts and they have framed a system- i.e. Power is being acquired through investment of money and consequently from it, a lot of wealth is being earned. Therefore the power has become a very good source of business.

Every conscious citizen of India is worried due to Corruption on each level and national integrity is being lost gradually. Crime and corruption are growing up very rapidly in the society. A tendency to earn more and more money in a shortest period has been developed wherein moral values are not under consideration. Moral values are being deteriorated day by day. There should be a well managed education to maintain moral values.

There is lot of communication gap between UGC and all universities of India. Number of universities and number of student increasing every year which is again challenge for UGC. So if UGC will open their regional or zonal office it becomes easy them handle the all concerning issues of universities. There is also need to reduce the paper work on the name of process because it encourage the corruption.

HE in our Nation means what is left out by the British who enslaved us and made us all clerks including those who call themselves "Scientists". This unfortunate scenario has robbed us of our valuable intellectual and cultural heritage. Though we are capable of creativity, our education makes it clear that being creative is a great crime in itself. What is happening in majority of schools is horrible corporal punishments of children even small mistakes.

Higer education can improve if the govt sets up a centralized recruitment board for all Central Universities.Leaving this to a VC who is ther for 5 years has proved disastrous. No wonder the state of affairs shows lack of leadership on the part of VCs who misuse power for 5 years of their term and appoint people on extra merit grounds.UPSC is the best model.

quality of higher education needs 1. The administration should involve academicians who knows what problems incurred during execution. 2. UGC must take care of guidelines time to time with respect to availability of academicians. 3. Faculty post should be filled before starting a new course. 4. For Each course same UGC norms must not be allowed.
