Students participating in political agitations should be banned. They must not be vitiate the atmosphere as in Jadavpur. An effective Greivance Redressal system can take care of the problems faced by students. Teachers must be evaluated by students anonymously.

To reform higher education, UGC must be reformed. Best academicians are not always best administrators. They have better memory and did well in examination. To improve a system we need administrators with out-of-the-box thinking and hard working persons. They must be able to implement decisions. We have become a nation of talkers, not doers.

Reduction of permission to corporate schools and collages is one kind of a reform. Measuring the competency of teachers, lecturers, professors and vice chancellors is other reform. all REFORMS CANNOT PROGRESS & sustain QUALITY EDUCATION IN INDIA. instead of reform we need NEW-FORMS in policies,Example- Building quality education with latest technology is a New-form today. building India future teachers, lectures, professors is another New-form.*Identifying learning technologies in all domains*

It is high time government stepped aside and allowed higher education institutions to handle their affairs on their own. there should not be any interference. this country needs more quality institutions and so the government should allow private entities to set up research and educational institutions. Then only quality of people passing out will improve from the abysmal levels they are in now.

There should be centralized recruitment system of all central university. Govt is thinking of teachers mobility, but why not mobility of other staffs (non teaching) specially above section officer. It will also help in improving the performance.

Constituting governing bodies n framing policies alone can not bring any substentential change in education system.government sector teacher must be given relaxing time to prepare themselves n for teaching they are always busy with CCE.teacher is always busy n students relaxed.

Appointment of Vice Chancellors should be seriously looked into. The whole malaise of the system starts with unjust or unqualified appointments of Vice Chancellors which in India is in a state of unbridled opaqueness.

As written earlier parameters for governance reforms should be modified. on the basis of practical realities visible changes in the curriculum should be made every year compulsorily.There should be governing body for its monitoring
