The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

सर सरकारी विभाग में अधिकारियों द्वारा हो रही मनमानी और कर्मचारियों का शोषण को रोकने के लिए भी कोई मार्ग निकालिए जिसमे डिफेंस में काम करने वाले कार्मिक अपनी परेशानी बता नहीं पाते क्युकी वहा अधिकारियों का ही वर्चस्व बना हुआ आज भी

Please instruct to all the school to do not use the school uniform because it will be difficult for students to wash clothes daily,hence it will increase the chances of corona pandemic 's influence among the student.

There is no mention how many ABs one AA can be associated. It may happen that one AA can take up too many ABs assessment work. There shall be a limit on numbers of ABs one AA can be associated. Also, one Assessor can be associated with 4 AAs. But there is no mention about the total numbers of assignments one Assessor can take up.

Vocational education is the best to address our democratic Nation to lift up the status of an individual.Aim of the vocational education is ensure to income generating activities and solving of unemployment.Vocational education should be imparted in school education and in youths of the community.Vocational education should be priority to contemporary and traditional opportunities.It focus on self-sustaining and self catering and enhance a sustainable economic development.

There are three categories in minimum wages for industrial workers. Unskilled, Semi Skilled and Skilled. There is no mention if the certified skilled person from AB will considered as skilled in minimum wages or this person has to enter as unskilled category worker only. There shall be a binding on industries to consider certified skill person under skilled category worker while employing.

Role of Industries is not defined. Would it be observer, advisory or binding. Industries would not like to be involved in this process just as observer with no influence on outcome.
