The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Occupational therapist will also teach work simplification and energy conservation techniques . Will recommend proper work place adaptation based on the worker and his ability. Will help to evaluate the workers functional capacity. Will help the injured worker to rejoin the work at the earliest possible.

Evaluation of work place is very important to prevent accident ,work injury and absenteeism of workers. Especially industries and MNC s should undergo thorough work place evaluation by the occupational therapist. Who has wide knowledge on anatomy, physiology, pathology, psychology, biomechanics and rehabilitation. They can evaluate the work place inch by inch whether the place is ergonomically designed or not, they can fine the barriers and can give solution for that.

ISO 9001:2015 स्टैण्डर्ड को फॉलो करते हुए गाइडलाइन आसानी से बनाई जा सकती हैं। जिसके आधार पर सभी संस्थाओं के लिए मानक प्रक्रिया तय की जा सकती है एवं समय-समय पर उनकी ऑडिट भी की जा सकती है। जिससे उनमे सतत सुधार भी होगा। मैं इसमें व्यक्तिगत तौर पर अपने राष्ट्र की मदद कर सकता हूँ। स्किल इंडिया माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना में से एक है। और इस योजना के उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति के लिए ये अति आवश्यक है।

Assessment agencies के नियंत्रण के लिए कड़े कानून बनने चाहिए ताकि सही तरीके से सबका assessment किया जा सके
