Vocational relates to occupation and employment directed at specific trade and it's skills.
Productivity, quality, security, innovation, performance, turn-around time, process improvement are key factors for skill assessment.
There cannot be fixed criteria for assessment due to evolution.
Time to avoid implementing corrupt practices based on deploying agencies.
Govt. shall act as regulator by creating online platforms offering assessment frameworks for skills and improvement initiatives.

Our prestigious engineering and management institute like IITs, NIITs or IIMs can act as a The Assessment Agency. A broad spectrum of Teachers can give this as a Task to the Students.

Time for major Reforms:
- Historically Govt. MLAs, MPs create Bills, Acts, Laws by sitting in closed shells and misuse public funds.
- Police, Political leaders, Administrators shows their helplessness due to their own procedures, processes, and Laws.
- Time to discard Labour Laws, Tax Laws, Police Act, Domestic Violence and other Woman Laws, SC/ST Act and Laws, etc.
Time to implement 'out of box' solution for protection and prevention.

The first and foremost assessment and regulation has to be done in govt offices. The officials of go on leave the work stops, the officers of not paid bribe the file movement stops. Pl make the entire office system faceless and paperless then only the corrupt will work. We also need very very very strict law against corruption which is the biggest killer of growth much more than one can imagine
