The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Initially only a few propertied men could participate in the process of voting. Slowly, the right was extended in some countries to even the poor men, then to women and eventually to people of all races and religions. USA allowed white woman to vote only around 1920. The discrimination against Black citizens was removed only in 1965. The first nation to allow voting rights for all groups of people was New Zealand in 1893. In New Zealand women and black people went through great struggle

I just want to share my opinion.Education is important but govt. should focus on practical type of education because student can easily understand by practically as comparision to written work.

Consider giving two weeks' notice .

cont... *whether the premises,location,classroom are airy,with proper lightening,adequate tools* equipments for trg. * is the trainer has skill for imparting trg. & level of trained trainees. *how many trainees are willing to start their own business. *the mode of payment of rent, honorarium to trainees,,purchase vouchers, Certificates of Chartered Accountants must be got verified from concerned bank,shop,CA,,landlord. by Assessing authority. contd....

hanks for the NEP. Rote memorization should be eradicate and teachers should bring interactive sessions to involve each and every students. Positive reinforcement plays the significant role for an over all development of a child. Most of the schools main aim is to provide opportunities only those students who are meritorious this state of mind should be change and provide ample opportunities to all the students. Vocational strategy is a vision of Mahatma Gandhi ji we have to fulfill it👍

गाँव को तकनीकी एवं प्रगतिशील क्रांति की जरूरत है गाँव की स्थानीय जरूरतों के अनुसार कौशलों के विकास हेतु योजना बनानी होंगी हर गाँव एवं प्रांत की अपनी जरूरते है अक्सर कुशल कामगार शहरों मेही नहीं गांवो मेंभी नहीं मिलते मैकेनिकल वर्क का अच्छा अभ्यास ना होने पर गावों मे कृषि से सम्बन्धित उपकरणों को सुधारने वाले नहीं मिल पाते यदि वास्तव मे skill डेवलपमेंट को गांवो की जरूरतोंको ध्यान मे रख कर किया जएगा तो गावोंको ज्यादा लाभ मिलेगा इस कोरोना काल मे कृषि ही मंदी के चक्र मे नहीं फसी गाँव के विकास राष्ट्

this topic has 2 aspects.1. recoggnition__for this preference or it may be made mandatory to assign already recognized establishments like ITI Eng.college,institute of fashion design ,tata institute of social sciences and according to enlisted trades of project. 2.Regulation - it is the more important aspect for evaluating the completed project.the assigned authority must assess-whether * the project/scheme was completed /undergoing as per guidelines/,sanction order. con
