The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

The NCVET not only see or monitor the infrastructure/instrumentation/lab facilities provided to the students but they must consider the ground level benefits achieved by the students. How the management manage their faculties in terms of salary, facilities, work load, behaviour etc.

In the first element of Education Training and learning with earning is important, as because this plays a vital role for each and every candidate to make a secured life with in themselves. when a baby is born he is taught to walk by his parents he failed many times but as last he achieve success by walking, in the same Training for every vocational students is necessary to learn how to fight and speak and work with this world. they may be failure within some period of time but one day they win

Ground water is preserved by many ways. We make use of sea water to drink and agriculture purpose in future. Borewell and canal and man made lakes in the future is must. River joint from north to south to be implemented as soon as possible. To avoid flooding. This help us to get rid of water and other problems. Agriculture and barren land to be developed. Agriculture will be increased and farmers income

A rule has been made that if an application seeking recognition as Assessment agency will be rejected, then only Rs 50,000 out of Rs1,00,000 deposited by the entity will be refunded. What is the justification behind deducting Rs 50 000 from application fee in case of rejection. This rule should be reviewed. Either no mone should be deducted or the amount of money which will be deducted should be red
