The NCVET not only see or monitor the infrastructure/instrumentation/lab facilities provided to the students but they must consider the ground level benefits achieved by the students. How the management manage their faculties in terms of salary, facilities, work load, behaviour etc.

Ground water is preserved by many ways.
We make use of sea water to drink and agriculture purpose in future.
Borewell and canal and man made lakes in the future is must.
River joint from north to south to be implemented as soon as possible. To avoid flooding.
This help us to get rid of water and other problems.
Agriculture and barren land to be developed.
Agriculture will be increased and farmers income

A rule has been made that if an application seeking recognition as Assessment agency will be rejected, then only Rs 50,000 out of Rs1,00,000 deposited by the entity will be refunded.
What is the justification behind deducting Rs 50 000 from application fee in case of rejection. This rule should be reviewed. Either no mone should be deducted or the amount of money which will be deducted should be red
