It was a much needed Guidelines. As of now I can say that the proper implementation of the Guidelines will be strengthening the Atmnirbhar Bharat Abhiyan. But, comments on the Guidelines requires a rigorous reading.

I hope this agency would play it's role for all the activities it would be setup, actively and smartly. As it is always seen in our country that whenever a good agency is setup, it's operations puts more burden on both government and public rather than providing a good value in return. So now, if the guidelines would be strictly followed everyday it would be a good asset for us otherwise there would be nothing new for us
But, Japan never allows any waste to be produced as per Lean manufacturing
