India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

1. For every procession by anybody (including opposition parties) prior approval by the Center should be mandatory. No noise pollution should be tolerated. 2. All god-men should be under strict supervision. In fact, no new god-man should ever emerge. Since this is very easy to attract people and later get into the anti-social activities as all his supporters/followers are IDIOTS of first order, which he knows and would take advantage of it. This has direct reference to Baba Rampal & his men.

all pharma company should be graded as class 1,2,3,4accordance to their manufacturing of medicine.this way company can advertise themself but not drugs.grading should be decided by government.all drugs should be mentioned about their grade.higher grade 1,2 ,should have sever punishment for malfuction of drugs.this way patient will khnow what type of drugs he is paying for and docter will be eleminated from undo benifit and punishment

People not in record: A tall leader of Tamilnadu instrumental in all its Amma schemes said that Tamilnadu will go ahead by itself with Amma card that will entail Government in easy detection. Instead of harping on LPG subsidy the TN model will guarantee anyone walking to a nearby Government facility with Amma card a sum of Rs100/-. This person will get recorded in record as destitute and the Govt machinery will be mobilized that he /she is taken care of in a way that he /she does not repeat it

Aap se aasha hai ki gorakhpur ke medical college ,ferilyzer , band pdi sugar milo ,hathkargha udhyog ko bina koi deri kiye chalu kiya jaye n ki smiti ko jach ke aadesh deker chhod diya jaye.aap ke pass ab pura adhikar hai ki es pr ek week me hi kam shuru ho jayega..

If government has the estimated data (20.9 lakh) of affected people in India. Then there might be some estimated area or state where the number of affected HIV people is more. So as per my opinion we should arrange medical terms camp in those areas for free HIV tests.
