Its possible with educating everyone from ground level on benefits of early detection of HIV. Advertisememts, seminars, should be conducted extensively to teach HIV/AIDS prevention & the benefits of getting tested early. Also, People should be made aware that they can be tested in all the government hospitals for free. At last Schools & Colleges should teach HIV/AIDS prevention & HIV education should be made mandatory for all the young people.

Make HIV screening compulsory in government and private hospitals. The testing should be standardised and match international standards.All hospitals should have records on computers with information like address and phone numbers and next of kin details. Once a person is found to be positive tracking patients providing support in the form of help and treatment and rehabilitation would help them to come for treatment. Giving financial incentives to them when they compley with treatment.

The coming generations need to be healthy internally with a strong immune system. The problem of food adultration and fake edibles is ever growing and is damaging our coming generations who are being fed these harmful chemical compositions that damage their bodies gradually. I request everybody to support this cause if giving very harsh punishment from 10 years to life for anybody involved in such malpractices. This is about our coming generations. public education is a major factor....advertising more on telivision would be a better option.....i barely remember an advertisement regarding this issue over the television.....it should also be explained to the patient how much government is spending....and it would be better if govt has colaboration with the corporate setup for investigation and diagnosis....as people would hesitate to attend a govt centre...and as far as i know adequate privacy would be maintained for patients...

Instead of giving free rice to people.The government can open a canteen in every layout or every 2 kilometer.This facility must be given to those who works but not for the lazy.To get his meal they should show the identity card which is authorised by Employer if the salary below the standard level.At the end of the day he can collect rice and vegetable from the government store for their dependents and gett subsidised gas and electricity if he work.Otherwise we will make our new generation lazy.
