Create a Medical Data Base for all the Citizens of India. This can be done through a Swipe Card which would issued and updated from time to time at the Local Hospitals as to the status of People living with HIV as well as other life threatening Diseases also.

First of all there is a need to correct our Medical council of India which otherwise is popular to be Money collection Institution of India and they are not doing there intended job properly which I beleive . Then caste based reservation for health service should be stopped than only improvement will come to this sector . It we wats to do reservation it should be poverty based . Only education can bring awareness and will reduce it and will bring improvement to its detection too .

Stop roaming of the abbonded (lawaris) animals (cows, dogs, etc.) at the streets and roads. This will a step towards clean India and will also help in avoiding accidents. We are experiencing very poor driving sense of many people; mostly wrong side driving (short cuts)....!!! awareness towards careful driving will help minimising road accidents. Many thoughts and ideas can be put here for improving basic life style and having healthy and clean India...

Hon.PM,India,
In previous posts I have submitted a proposal on de-addiction and unemployment. Now I am submitting a proposal on NGOs for social welfare in the form of a scheme. If you found it valuable, please give me a chance to implement it on ground lavel.
CENTRAL NONGOVERNMENT ORGANISATION(NGO) SCHEME
»The aim of this scheme is the proper and effective use of the donation as well as to promote more and more people for charity which will subsequently used to establish the socialism in India.
»In this scheme govt. collects the donation and distribute it to the NGOs according to their effeciency and public need.
»List out all the NGOs in India. Observe their distribution and area of interest(whether they are working for childrens or justice or health etc.,). »Make a chart showing NGOs, their work-place and the target(which they works for). With this chart, we can make a clear picture about their distribution i.e. where they are exeeding and where they are less in numbers and also which type of NGO is needed(based on their area of interest) in which area.
»Now categorise the existing NGOs into four groups A, B, C and D on the basis of their efficiency(their honpur work for the society) so that central funding can be given to them thereby. »Now we have to determine that in which area(tahsils/talukas), how many and which type of NGOs are required according to the public need. If we have the above data then in future we can promote the new NGOs to work in the areas where they are actually needed. And if the new NGOs works according to the suggestions of central NGO then they will be given central fund. »Open a central NGO office in Delhi which serves as the supreme of all offices, and regional offices in all the states and its branches in all tahsils/talukas.
»Make a compaign to aware the people that they can donate their money, toys, cloths, etc., to the branches of central NGO office nearby them and that this donation is only used for the funding of NGOs with good faith. »The donation then collected at the branches is send to the regional offices and thereby central office.
»The central office distribute the fund according to the need of the people and effeciency of the NGOs, so that the proper management of the funding is done.
»people who have 'black money' and want to donate it but have the fear of catching by the law, can collect the money secretely at any time in the boxes placed outside the branch offices(insted of destroying or donating it to the temples).
»Govt. also have to provide an online link to donate black money which doesnt trace the identity of donours to promote the donation of black money.
»To promote the charity, central NGO office have to issue charity coupons to the donours according to their donations(e.g. more than 10 thouand, 1 lakh etc.,) which gives them preferance in the queues of railway ticket booking, govt. offices, etc., »Clothes, toys, furnitures, medicines and other stationaries can be collected and a proper receipt is given to the donours.
»The scheme doesnt mean that the NGOs themselve can't collect donations, they can collect it but the scheme provides an easy way for the people to donate.
»By following this scheme, we can decrease the load on govt. expenditure and can create the spirit of national integrity.
Sir, I thought that this is a unique scheme of this type. Kindly think on it. Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
A. Y. Bajad

sensitisation of people especially ruralites in areas of high prevalence..
peer groups should be mobilised
awareness camps should be organised at local level with the help of local bodies and district authorities
asha and ashok could conduct periodic tests on quarterly basis in camps to ascertain any potential cases
while in urban areas social media and ngos'scould be leveraged to create awareness

Sir, awareness programs have to be conducted amongst the high risk groups. There is significant awareness of AIDS in most cities & towns, this effort should be sustained through use of social media. Safe sex practises must be encouraged. In cases of drug users counselling may be used to dissuade them from such behaviour. Family members have to be integrated into the treatment plan. Society needs to change its mindset & not shun those with the disease. Medical personnel must be adequately trained
