India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Animals are being neglected and are not treated as living creatures. If we want to have a healthy India, we should first take care of our fellow animals that roam helplessly on streets. These poor little creatures are contracting diseases due to our ignorance. We throw away trash and contaminate water and animals eat and drink the infected food/water. There should be animal organizations that take street animals to vets and get them cured, spayed and neutered. PLEASE HAVE CONCERN TOWARD ANIMALS!

Incident in Bengaluru too bad!Police commissioner's response too weak, does not instill fear in criminals.Modiji you will say it is a state matter!Govt and police need to empathize. In big cities there is a culture clash- modern young city women and young men from villages who have just moved to cities and gape at these women and harass them.If police commissioner's grand daughterswere harassed how wud he respond?Make in, live in and contribute to India useless if police does not change!

Approach construction company to build big big buildings and give 10% of that to the poor family who doesn't have it. Now the question is why they gonna give 10% of their part to others its very simple, as they will get publicity and govt should also help them on every step, so that they can make it without any difficulty.

Sir I believe that its very easy to install WiFi facility all over Mumbai. If cost is the problem then don't worry about it, just put boxes like temple does so that people will put coins or notes in that. Even If you put WiFi on a place like marine drive you will get a revenue of more than 50000 per day. Please do it.
