India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

By If we want corruption free India, then there should be law:=> 1) There must be limit of earning and collect money & property /person in whole life. 2) Every member of family have bank account & credit card with double password including thumb impression. 3) Cash money should be completely withdraw from India. Every person must use credit card or cheque only; cash use should not be allowed at any cost.

5. In Every health center, treatment should be paid by mediclaim/TPA policies even in govt hospitals. So this will provide latest and equal health facilities for all without over load on govt budget. 6. For every doctor must have opportunities of higher education/fellowship in India. So India can utilize available huge Indian talent properly. 7. Govt and medical fraternity will generate good budget for other fields.

For healthy India:- 1. Every Indian should have his own mediclaim policy for all family members. 2. Govt must ensure every Indian for mediclaim policy. 3. All CGHS, ECHS etc should be stopped; there should be only mediclaim policy for everyone. So everybody can go for treatment at any higher Centre without delay. 4. All Hospital should be manage by either govt or pvt system and have same latest facilities.

Respected Sir, As per my knowledge give less powers to politicians comparing to government officials because officials have more powers in result we can see better India.

Use network of all esi hospitals in providing health servicrs to poor working class.enroled wit esi or not , everyone should get treatment. Later emlpyer can b asked to cover that emloyee. This idea can give social security in unorganised sector.
