India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a ...

India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

To Our Respected PM, Plz be save & rescue us from mujahiddin ,corrupted,mad mamata didi.As per tmc leader asif khan tht she may be Bandit Queen .As per tmc MP kunal ghosh she may be top beneficiary and taken huge multi million money from Sarada scams.As per me I wld never seen a liar like her & will never see again.As per people she may be head operator of JBM,Taliban & ISIS at India soil through the using sarada money .She did it successfully & have a chances to win Gold Madel from JBM,TALIBAN & ISIS.Didi if u have any humanism then u shld step down today & right now.She & her mujahiddin party is trying hard to protect extremist fundamentalist [JBM,TALIBAN,ISIS] muslim forces in our Bengal as well as India . Didi can u tell the people How to change MAA SARADA as a cheat fund ? How to divert our Bengal soil as a terrorist soil ? Recently Bandit Queen declared tht she wld quit the CM chair if it was proved she had any links to the sarada scams.I m confident tht her wishes will be fulfill & shld not any confusion about tht ..When it will proved then not only quit , u will be stay behind of bar for life sentence either at cage of circus...

Run an ad campaign highlighting the following: 1) Do you work in a laboratory and are in contact with blood products, 2) have you visited a sex worker, 3) Have you been operated upon and have had a blood transfusion, 4) Do you suffer from a disease that require you to have frequent blood transfusions. If so, then contact, "provide the helpline number" and "email address" for prophylaxis treatment.

Dear sir in our administration of official changes his posting by transfer is very effect in our system. I know a good doctor appointed as medical officer to district dapcu he take all training next DHO give Dto charge he take all training next he transefer to another district as a CMO and he take CCU and Dialysis training same year then he take charge of thaluk hospital administration his age 59year what is the use of trainings unnecessary wastage of money and time.He how to handled all dept

A.P.Chief Minister Sri N.Chandra Babu Naidu has given green signal to their party leaders to collect bribes from the officers who are willing to transfers/retention in general transfers,2014. accordingly their party leaders collected crores of rupees. In this situation how can Chandra Babu Naidu can make Andhra Pradesh a model state.
