India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

There is a need of centralization operating of all our hospital for each treatment. (Fees can be decide by class of cities like A,B,C & D) & also our Education (School, Colleges) system should control centralise in respect of fees, syllabus & with NO DONATION as per class to cities. I think its quick difficult, because many politicians are having & running their own Colleges & Hospitals as a good Business. It’s time to take out this Business from these two sectors for public interest.

Jan dhan and other bank account holders may be given free medical check up which would include HIV test , this will not only detect the HIV carriers but also will send a message to the public that the Govt is very much concerned for good health of public

Linking it with Aadhar and running a drive free of any charges to have their medical check up .such a medical check up would obviously include the HIV test and so will solve our purpose .

for more information please visit www.soybeanfoods.in

As Citizen Commission on Human Rights (cchr.org) claims Psychiatry have failed in curing. So it’s lot of need a such system which does not only quick cure but also ensures appropriate mental empowerment. “Emotional Engineering” is the most advance method of quick (just within 4-8 weeks) curing mental disorders and ensures complete mental empowerment without medication as well. E E also cures Hormonal, immune, BP, and psychosomatic problems this way. Just very first in the world I developed it.

contd-Any dams over 20 megawatts are harmful and controversial. At this point Mega-Dams are frowned upon and except for China nobody seems to have an appetite for it! Please provide us some assurances that the dams in Tibet will be stopped and Assam and India will be saved at the right time! We solicit assurances from you.
