India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

With immediate effect the info ministry should promulgate an ordinance to ban the show of funeral pyres being lit on TV serials and Cinemas, to stop wastage of wood for the pleasure of tearjerker shots for the producer. Instead they must use trick shots. or old scenes. The fine for violation of this order should be Rs One Crore.

To curb terrorism that is born in India we need to review POTA and make th4 individual's family equally punishable for promoting, encouraging or in any other way contributing to nurture the feelings of alienation of the individual. The Madrasa should be treated as an extension of family. Extending punishment to the near and dear ones of the would be terrorist will be a strong deterrent factor in curbing the tendency to take risk.

Only effective step would be to have continuous camps and SMS campaign. Whoever wants the test should get it at a place away from his/her home and the person should get Rs 100 if he/she demands for transportation.

5.These diseases are also transfer by the malpractice of doctors or various medical practices…for those strict rules should be design so that…even in dream medical professional can’t do malpractice. As you know sir this is a digitalization world…we can make people more attentive through picture presentation through which we can say our words in easier way and more effective too. I really don’t know whether you are going to read this post or not, but as an Indian citizen I am just putting my view
