As we know Hindustan soul resides in his villages. In present time when we go to villages you will not see youth only old age persons will be visible condition of villages are so horrible on accounts of law order, basic amenities, agriculture not as business,to farmers no supports of agriculture scientist , soil lab , no support of veterinary scientist. Agriculture or veterinary institutes are being built up on highways & outskirts of cities.

as im working n done my internship from a very small district I found ART centres are working nicely in karnataka... the thing s ppl coming to art after they become symptomatic ....more on that bfore any operation pt has to undergo hiv screeni g thats good initiative for them.....
here que comes how we can diagnose early..... actually hiv takes 10years to bcome symptomatic n before that apatient wont come to hospital so here
I suggest a regular screening in high risk group and awareness in high risk group like sex workers, truck drivers etc pll shud be screened at regular interval for that we hav to take some initiatives n that s nly possible wit active government participation ...... I can explain if needed more..... myself s dr tapendra nath tiwari.. thanku modi sir for such a active platform

Rapid increase in population, has led to improper waste management in metropolitan cities resulting in increased pests and spreading of diseases.my a model has been proposed in which the collection of garbage is made real time. When the weight reaches to the threshold value i,e. upto ultrasonic range, a sms will be sent to the respective Municipal / Government authority person directally.

Govt. Should make hospitals capable of doing all kind of treatment... there are some but most of the govt hospitals are not able to treat even the basic cases and always refer to other govt hospitals... so no point of having those hospitals.... also Hospitals should intake paitents irrespective of their background and there should not be any political reference needed... Being having huge world class talent in every area we can achieve it but need to have good people to execute it.

refer "if health is lost every thing lost'". by the birth every human start life by few drops of milk today due to negligency towards cows we r bound to either adultrated milk or synthetic milk. Imagine when new born baby will be feed by adultrated or synthetic milk what will happen to their health/foundation of next generation. Dudh dahi ki nadiyon wale bharat main aaj pure milk, dahi, ghee ki position kya hai? As it is mentioned our veda's/purans's cow milk is the best milk in whole universe .
