India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

It was in the manifesto of Fadnavis Govt to abolish LBT and now they are saying that we don't have funds so we will not going to cancel LBT till the time govt implement GST. So now we have to wait till you implement GST and I know this not gonna happen even in decades. This was our mistake that we believed in what you have said, but now this not gonna happen any more. Just wait and watch how you and your govt get crushed by the public.

"Healthy India" somehow linked to my another interest "Sakriya Panchayet". Knowing well as Health is wealth, people should understand and bring more physical activities to child level. Panchayet being holding major portion of India should come up and initiate various sports and yoga among youths in different form. Everyone will appreciate and will help many ways to keep children healthy physically and mentally as well.... Will post more if people shows interest on this topic. limited space here.

I must say Modiji that you and your Government are as worst as what congress was, actually even more. You should be made a brand embassador for giving false statements. It seems you failed in every promise you made. I was a firm believer in your Government but I must say that may what happen I am not gonna vote to your Govt anymore. It is just a waste of time. You will surely realize that what happen when public show their real colours.
