India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

While Kerala Ayurveda treatment has acquired world fame so much that even Brazilian Footballer Neymar wanted to come to Kerala for his spinal cord injury. However, there is no organized sector for management of Sports injuries and rehabiliation by using Kerala Ayurvada. What is needed is to set up a professional Ayurveda Centre in Trivandrum for management of Sports injuries, recovery and rahabiliation which has vast world market and India may extend its facilities all countries.

Dear Shri Modi JI I spoke to Mr. R P Singh (MP from our constituency) two weeks back on certain observation and concerns as a citizen of India and being a resident of Inderpuri (PIN:110012). His response was very positive. Stray Dog menace in the colony has increased manifold -- he stated he will not be in a position to resolve this issue, I should raise to higher level due Supreme court directive. Kindly address the issue -- Jai Hind

Please control the installation of Mobile Phone Towers in Residential Areas It is a known fact that the mobile towers emit hazardous radiations. Why are the operators then allowed to install such towers in densely populated residential areas? Why is there no governance and controls around such installations? Removing/ relocating one such tower from a residential area can prove to be a million times more beneficial than cleaning dust from streets. Theses radiations cause cancer. Please help.

Several government implemented schemes for controlling population, but in our country population is growing in such a manner that the natural things are not sufficient for all of them. If it controlled by law, there will be more complications like minority majority communal problems. If ‘Desh Bhakth lok” trying to control the birth, they will become fools, they will get nothing. If you are offering 10% or 20% reservation to single child on government jobs, military forces, state government jobs,

create awareness to the people regarding criticality of the disease and prevention measures. People may hesitate to go for scanning when the scanning camps are arranged, so HIV scanning should be for free of service in all hospitals. Educate the people in village regarding this. In health check up test include HIV scanning test too for free of service.
