The pricing can be worked out in a way that for one sample collection the person shall get some net margin. The Hardware, bar code printer and computer etc should be bought by the franchisee and the software should be given by govt. These franchise shall send the samples to the central lab of the city which is run by goverment, so that the authenticity is controlled. The goverment should spend money on the test solutions, equipment and the staff on the central lab.

Step 1 : The govt. should follow the model of a chain of path lab. Where the govt sets up a path lab center in one central location in one city.
Step 2 : The govt shoud then make franchises thru out the city like the major pathlab centers. These people shall charge a very notional amount like Rs 30-40 per sample irrespective of the tests to be done or may be pricing can be divided broadly covering major tests. The facility cleanliness, the syringe etc are to be provided by franchises.

I would like to present my views on the Pathological Lab Testing facility for the common person.
As we all know that the pathological Lab testing is very important in our country as not many people are aware of the health problems and the it is quite expensive for a common man, in case he is ill.
The Pathological lab facilities of the goverment hospitals is also very pathetic and over crowded.
I think this problem can tackled in a very cost effective manner by Goverment. ....

Dear Hon. PM,
I wish to express my concern for stray animals in Urban areas especially Stray Dogs and Cows. Though many citizens try to feed them and organizations like SPCA and PFA are in place, but most of the stray animals suffer a lot and die on roads daily. I request you to kindly take some suitable action in this regard. Maybe a birth control drive for stray dogs will at least stop the increase in their numbers immediately and proper feeding for those on streets can help.
Thanks
Hemant

FURTHER SEEING THE VILLAGE CONDITION OF INDIA WHY CANT BE SET UP A PLAN THAT PEOPLE HAVING HIGH SALARY HAVE TO HELP A BIT TO EVERY POOR, AND FURTHER STUDENTS OF ALL CLASSES ON EVERY WEEKENDS HAS TO GO TO BLIND AND OTHER HANDICAP INSTITUTE TO HELP OUT . THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED IN THE COURSE. AS THERE ARE MANY CENTERS OF HANDICAP PEOPLE AND THEY ARE NOT GETTING VOLUNTEERS.WITH YOUNG STUDENTS TO WORK LIKE THAT THEY CAN WORK FOR GOOD CAUSE AND LEARN REAL HUMANITY SERVICE.

IF ENGINEERS AND DOCTORS ARE JOB LESS THEN THIS A SETBACK FOR THE NATION. HAVING SAID THAT FOREIGN COUNTRIES ARE EASING THEIR VISA PROCESS TO FETCH TALENT FROM INDIA. SO IN TRUE SENSE THEY ARE GETTING THE TALENT. SO WHY CANT WE SET UP COMPANIES AND GIVING 100% JOB OPPORTUNITIES SO NO ONE LEAVES THE COUNTRY. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND GOVERNMENT HAS TO GIVE EMPLOYMENT TO THEM AS STUDING SO GOOD AND NOT GETTING A JOB TO THOUSANDS OF SAME TYPE PEOPLE IS ITSELF AN INSULT TO ENGINEERS.

ITS OBVIOUS AT FIRST NO COMPANY WOULD GET EXTREMELY TALENTED ENGINEERS BUT THEY CAN ALWAYS PROVIDE TRAINING AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS.WHY CANT WE PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR ALL STUDENTS. STUDENTS ARE READY TO WORK HARD AND IF THE INDUSTRIES COULD TEACH THEM THEN THEY CAN ALWAYS WORK FOR THE BETTERMENT. MOSTLY YOUTH IS GETTING DIVERTED TO CALL CENTERS. THIS IS VERY BAD AND THIS IS MAJOR SETBACK. IF INDIA HAS MAXIMUM YOUTH ONE HAS TO TAKE CARE ABOUT THEM, AS YOUTHS BEING ENGINEERS ARE JOB LESS
