India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

I believe there's dire need to develop a one stop health care centre well equipped with facilities and personnels required to fight against rampant major diseases in every district of our country. This should remain open for 24hours and the staff should not be overworked. This will come a big way in enabling access to effective healthcare within a span of two hours (with good system of ambulance and well maintained road) The primary healthcare centres in most villages are in dismal state

Manneeya Pradhanmantri ji se main anurodh karna chahta hoon ki desh ke nagriko ko agar swasth rakhna hai to desh main khane ke saman main hone wali MILAWAT par dusre deshon main jo kanoon hain usi prakar ke kanoon ko yahan bhi banaya jaye v uska anupalan bhi karaya jaye. agar desh ki janta ko Milawat rahit khane ka saman milega to unka swastya apne aap hi theek rahega aur desh par swasthya sewaon ko lekar kiya jane wala kharch bhi kam hoga. zarori yah hai ki kanoon milawat ke liye sakht bane.

Dear Sir, i understand that the "Marriage Law (Amendment) Bill, 2010" will be brought in the Winter Session. This is a lapsed UPA bill. This bill was drastically different from the version brought by the Joint select Committee. Repealing obsolete laws is good. At the same time, faulty laws also shouldn't be framed. This is a Sonia Raj bill. We really want a Modi Sarkar bill as we expect good governance and transparency. If this bill is passed,Marriage will become property grabbing tool of women.

We can do it. :) I suggest time line is 15th August 2015 to provide bins (with lid cover what is available in foreign country. we can make it smaller or compact with same height) to each house and business. Approach should be first to village and moving to town and then city. I am very much hopeful that we can achieve this by 2015. Also the contracts should be reviewed every year with public survey in their area. This will also create jobs.again pay should be Rs 6000 for cleaner to start with.

Pay attention on below points: -Provide medical insurance to the state Govt. Teachers also, so they can keep themselves fit and fine and to their students also. -Keep continue the salary of the employee until He/She is eligible for the medical leaves during medical leaves salary should remain continue without any hurdle or corruption free because without money get treatment is impossible. -Medical checkup every year should make compulsory and same should be covered by the medical policy.

For Swachh Bharat- Please obtain time bound reports from state governments about waste collection/ management from respective state districts and talukas. Do auction for clean india contracts- contractor have to bid with machinery and plan that how many times they visit every house and business in a week. Provide bins to each house and business with instruction about when the waste will be collected. provide separate bin for recycling material. All this should be done at the same time.
