Respected Prime Minister Sir, My suggestion to facilitate early detection of people living with HIV as follows:1. As far as I know the HIV is spreading mainly through intercourse with the people having HIV disease. To eradicate this problem an effective propaganda up to the rural villages is needed.
2.Blood test for HIV should be made compulsory for one and all and a database should be kept with the central and state governments.
3.it is better to give licences to sex workers &Good treatment
