Sir, For IB&C Ministry. Too much Emphasis of GoI on Digital India would rather be counter productive. This would further devide society on the lines of computer literate and illiterate.Injustice which would be done with the later category remain unearthed....What WIFI did in Delhi, it is now known to world over.Digital India is going to be version 2 of INDIA SHINING..

Internet explorer has good security features that restrict the sites a child can visit. Indian websites should be given a certificate before being published on internet. This certificate can specify if this site is permitted for children, or adults only. A dedicated bureau can scrutinize websites before publishing. This will also check viruses from getting published on cyber space. After a few years of operation, this bureau's certificates can get international recognition for search browsers.

Few days back I was trying out to browse the website of "Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji", and what I saw that his website is down since 25th of december (i.e., his birthday), It feels pain to see that Atal ji's own party is forgetting him, I hope any expert might notice this and ask the professionals to fix this problem. Thanks Modiji for providing every citizen a platform to share his views, and I hope the experts and moderators of this website might look forward to rectify this. Jai Bharat!

Please also pay some attention on reforms of Prosecution wing which is the one of the important part of the criminal justice system. Without the reforms of the Prosecution system speedy justice to the people is not possible. Every crime is considered as the crime against the society and the state prosecute the wrongdoer through the Public Prosecutors appointed by it. But these Prosecutors are not well equipped. For example in Delhi Prosecutors not even have the library facility etc.

Ban all the explicit sites which shows nude content from indian cyberspace, most important step would be to stop these localy like installing parental control and anti-virus softwares in home pc and also to all the cybercafes as they are the primary source from where safety could be compromised. School should have a course and a system to make all the children educated about the cybersecurity lessions as well as the new updates that comes in the market about the threats and solutions online.
