Create a luxury level brand which will have high-end products for the rich as well as for normal consumers. It should be well marketed in malls and in digital marketplace. All textile merchants digital and retail should be made to sell the products compulsary at their salepoint.

1) Give tax concession to corporate houses which purchases hand-looms products (for their employee and stake holders in limited Quantity) so It will indirectly boost business
2) Attract young generation to hand-looms entrepreneurship and promote export to few selected countries where this kind of offerings are in demand
3) Tell Indian railways to purchase few of hand-looms product for AC coaches where-ever possible

I am suggesting, please don't focus only planning. Please try to implement the plan in efficient & effective manner and also implementation will also look & feel by the Indian ordinary people (aam admi) and they should also get the benefit of all the initiative.
I have closely monitor last 9 months work of Indian Gov and felt gov is much focus only on planning part instead of implementation (example: Clean Ganga doing only planning since last 9 months and don't implement any thing yet).

Dear Mr PM,
Further the Armed Forces are also crying that the due allocated assets & Ammunitions are also not made good forget over stocking. Wouldnt it be good that you release a notification that all these shortfalls should be made good in next 3-4 months? This will kick start the industry for sufficing the motorbikes, Gypsys the jeeps & trucks etc etc that will also create more jobs for auto industry & Ordnance Factories.

Dear Mr PM,
While there is a general resentment that there has been no change on the ground after you having taken up the charge 9 months ago & its true with people getting impatient.
there is a common grouse that there are lots of unfilled allocated vacancies in government offices. Wouldnt it be good initiative comming from the government with a statement that all these vacancies will be filled up in next 6 months & actually start with that process.
It will help people getting motivated.

Currently there are many entrepreneurs who export Indian handlooms which are in great demand in the European and the US market, but it is more brand is missing. Introducing a hallmark or mark of quality for this products and ensuring all this websites selling goods to overseas market promote this mark on the website will help create the brand. Also all eCommerce websites in India can be used to promote this brands.
