I kindly suggest to (1) Introduce bill in support of farmers with a clause to "Sell their farmland to Govt, if farming is not economical viable". (2)Purchase the land with agreed 8x high price (Ref. Land ordinance) and add it to Government land bank. (3)Distribute the land various projects which stimulate the growth of India.
This can avoid various political parties taking advantage of current gap which they found in Indian growth.

I attach herewith a PDF file containing an article 'Food Banker', which was published in Indian Weekly of Melbourne. This article earmarks the need of Food monetization by creating a self-sustaining public-private infrastructures like money bankers under Government of India regulatory body of Reserve Bank of Food India. If such a new system is created, farmer's suicide would be a day of past and villages would become source of huge employment opportunities.

A special status similar to limited liability companies must be provided to farmers. This will help them have better access to funding and immunity from crop losses. Government may consider to facilitate such formal organization and handling accounts etc for farmers by setting up a SPV for "Farmers LLC".

Sir, Can you make farmers as a partner in your progressive vision by providing them future security instead of land bill. Kindly asses what is the net gain per hectare land in a year and pay them 50% of net gain month wise for their livelihood at least up-to ten years. I do hope ,if,it it is done then farmers will come forward and become as a partner happily, they want security only of their family and get rid of natural disasters. Help them in converting barren land into fertile land .

I was shattered to listen the farmer suicide in public.Main reason of farmer suicide is damage on cultivation because of heavy rain / water scarcity/ hale stone/ high wind. solution could be put a solar panels in the Agriculture land at the height of 20-25 ft.This solar panel can be open/closed from the automatic motor. This will help to resolve electricity problem in village as well safe guard from rain etc, this way farmer will not only depend on farming, he has other source of income.

Government may construct one body which can certify and market -non insect non pesticide edible products. Definitely one large part of population is ready to buy such certified products at higher rates. Hence farmers will get the greater income and nature will protect using natural pest control methods.

Farmers suicides...Financing the farmer is very bad .why are long term loans given to farmers with the facility to pay interest monthly or yearly and go on long term so that long term developments can be taken up and when the things break even the farmer can start to repay loan amount part by part..Industries are given loans like this they why not the farmer..Crop loan now begin given has to be paid fully back every year which is rather difficult and they get only on pledging gold.
