I would like to share my views as below. I kept in mind the way a farmer( villager ) lives.
The basic objective is :
1> How to increase the financial security of a farmer( grow their income)
2> How to save natural resoucres without wastages
3> How to achieve the sustainable source of income( less dependency on external factors- electricity, fertilizers) etc.
4> Improve the life standards of farmers..

~सरकारी गोदाम कितना अनाज सुरक्षित रूप से स्टोर कर सकता है इसकी जानकारी वह समय रहते किसान/पंचायत को दे,शेष आनाज वह पंचायत के समुदायिक भंडारण में किराया देकर रख सकते हैं|
~जलसंसाधन की दोहन करने वाले उद्योग ५-१० गाँव गोद ले उनमे जल संरक्ष्ण के कार्य करें व् ५०,०००-१००००० तक वृक्ष लगाना व् उनका सरक्षण आनिवार्य, ऐसा न करने वाले उद्योग पर भारी जुरमाना|
~गाँव में "मिनी वाटर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट" का प्रावधान ताकि जल का पुन: प्रयोग हो|

~तीन चार गाँव पर एक समुदियक वातानुकूलित गोदाम, जिसमे बची हुई फसल रखी जा सकते|
~प्रत्येक गाँव में एक डीजीटल नोटिस बोर्ड, जिसमे आने वाले समय में मौसम आदि की स्थिति अपने यहा के जल स्तर की जानकारी उपलब्ध रहे|
~सौर उर्जा पर निर्भरता को बढ़ाना, पानी की बावड़ी/तालाब को मेन्टेन करना आनिवार्य, ऐसा न करने पर अनुदान राशी में आगमी १ वर्ष के लिए कटौती|
~ सामुदायिक कृषि यंत्रों, ट्रेक्टर, स्वयम ग्राम पंचायतों द्वाऱा संचालित मिटटी के टेस्टिंगलैब,खाद/दवाईयों की दूकान का प्रावधान|
~ग्रीनहाउस खेति को बढावा|

Supply of water to farmers is a major need. So In river an canol make a concrete bandhara after every 500 meter. And connect all rivers through canal across the India.

श्री मान, सर्वप्रथम प्राकृतिक संसाधनों को संपोषित करना आवश्यक है जो आज के समय मे कोरी कल्पना है,किंतु ये सम्भव भी है यदि उचित जगह उचित वयक्ति हो जैसे विधि के छात्र विधि मे, मेडिकल....., किंतु वानिकी के छात्रों हेतु उनका 4 वर्षों का ज्ञान Bsc forestry के रूप मे व्यर्थ हो रहा है, वन संबंधित सेवाओं मे इन छात्रों के कौशल को निखारा जा सकता है. किंतु दुर्भाग्यवश अपने ही विभाग मे उपयोग नही.... क्या आप सहमत हैं|

Pusa Hydrogel is a technology that helps farmers do agriculture with just 40 to 70% of water current water requirements. If irrigated areas use less water, more area can be covered with crops. Similarly if every farmer is able to take one crop profitably annually, poverty will be addressed to a great extent.
