I thought a lot and wrote an article about the controversy aroused about land acquisition amended bill, which has a balanced view & suggests practical solutions of the problem. It is in Hindi, so you will need to convert attachment in the pdf file with Hindi fonts,to read it. I sent this article to some daily newspapers. let's see where it get clicked? I am in search of a 'Didawar' in your office/team too; who can notice & value my creativity & clear understanding of such imp. issues.

One of the best way is to include local level colleges and institutions into that. That will change the culture and work practices. We have systems but they do not work.

Sir Nutrigenomics is one of the best innovative bio tech intervention for improving agriculture yields from 30% to 300% in various crops - your target on improving productivity using green technologies will be met with this technology and its products in agriculture and livestock now and in course of time in humans too - it is herbal based and organic and will give organic output in four to five crop seasons if properly used and bio status is fine - your soil card programme can supplement it

water resources must be properly manged to supply uninterupted water to farm lands. Underground water must be used with care. This will enable more production of food grain and augment rural lively hood and food requirement.

Natural Resources are not unlimited. We must remember that fast depletion of natuiral resources will spell disaster in future. If natural resources like fruiting plants are damaged / fell then it will spell doom.It will result in food shortage in villages and forest area.

As far as urban housing is concerned, always create multistoried houses. Leave enough place for plantation in towns to purify air. This will boost village like atmosphere in towns and natural resources like trees will grow more.

Create smart villages with smart education and health facility. Then people will stop migrating to towns. please try to understand the reason for migration from rural areas to towns. It is good health care and good educational institutions. Build such facility at villages. Otherwise cities will be over crowded and diseases will spred. and villages will be empty and lifeless.

government is giving more emphasis on Urban Housing. This is wrong.ince houses are offered by government in urban places, migration is taking place from rural to urban as a result urban places are become filthy. stop offering houses in urban centers and start building smart villages to attract people from urban centers to migrate to villages. Then only villages will florish.
