Indian National Policy for Farmers of 2007[90] stated that "prime farmland must be conserved for agriculture except under exceptional circumstances, provided that the agencies that are provided with agricultural land for non-agricultural projects should compensate for treatment and full development of equivalent degraded or wastelands elsewhere". The policy suggested that, as far as possible, land with low farming yields or that was not farmable should be earmarked for non-agricultural purposes

Like "SWATCH BHARAT ABHIYAN" We can start a Abhiyan where people should be encouraged to plant trees on there BIRTHDAY with a sign board mentioning there name, age, date of plantation, etc. So that they could be emotionally attached. Also every day thousands of people have their Birthday so at least 1 trees is planted per individual we may achieve soon they GREEN INDIA dream.

For Green India,we can make a rule that every big real estate project should have trees surrounding that project. There are numerous high-rise buildings are being constructed. If every building has trees around it (adjacent to compound walls) then the entire city will be covered with greenery. Most of these buildings have unused space around their compound walls. The species of trees can be worked out accordingly.

Respected PM sir, i have an idea.there are many farmers in our village.they depend on farms and animal husbandry.my idea is fully on animal husbandry. i think that all farmers or owners waste the animal dung not using it as methen gas as gas engine for electricity. as we use it together electricity for streetlight can be utilized. by doing so there is becoming clean village. also growth in dairy uddhyog also.
