sir ........my opinion is that whatever measures taken by government related to women protection should not be restricted to ncr only rather equal with same intensity applicable to all over the country.

Government needs to ensure Law and Order, infrastructure, and power supply to people. Uber Taxi and Pak intruders are example which force us to think that do we need Home and Defence Ministers with such a huge budgetary allocation and causing budgetary deficit and poor economy to people. Post incidence bans after incident to ban radio taxi and losing 6 constable against 3 terrorist will cause lot of inconvenience to public at large. We need preventive measures more than barricading at night.

Sir..........Local Government and institution should be made responsible for insanitary latrines. Because every concern could not taken by Union Govt . Civil society must also join hand with govt in every steps what that's taken in respect of tackle insanitary latrines. Institutions, Communities and NGOs maintain transparency and accountability to make effort to give latrines facility to each house of the country. Such waste storage tanks could be emptied into a mobile storage / disposal tanker at stations where the train stops for longer duration.This will definitely incur some cost to Railways/ Govt ; but, I believe would be a well viable concept which would bring in appreciable achievement in maintaining clean and hygienic Rly Stations of our country .

I suggest that our trains should be installed with vacuumed waste storage tanks connected to all lavatories . The lavatory pans must be modified to be compatible with the vacuumed system. Once the user flushes the toilet ,the vacuum system would clean and suck the waste into the storage tank which could be placed either at end or front of the train . Even there could be 2 or more such storage in a train depending on its technical feasibility. - Contd.

One step forward towards “Swachh Bharat” Maintaining cleanness & hygiene of our Rly Stations is still a challenge. The mail reason for same is our trains dispose human waste from the lavatories , on to the tracks in the Station area. If this is stopped , I am sure our stations, could become clean and hygienic place . I have a suggestion which I believe could be a step forward towards “Swachh Bharat” Abhiyan – the historic revolution initiated by our Hon’ble PM . My suggestion would follow..
