E-toilets can facilitate separation of urine, faeces and waste water for cleansing at the point of use. E toilets can have a single chamber or multiple chambers for collection and decomposition of faeces and ensuring pathogen inactivation. Urine and wash water can be separated using specially designed toilet seats. Urine is diverted to a storage tank, wash water is disposed off through a plant bed or soak pit.

Human excreta are a rich source of nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium. Excreta contains trace elements which protects the plant from parasites and diseases. Human urine can be used for softening wool, hardening steel, tanning leather, dyeing cloth by mixing it with water. Recycling well composted human excreta and urine by returning them to the soil serves to restore the natural cycling of life building substances that has been disrupted by current sanitation practices.

अगर देश की शिक्षा को सुधारना हो तो ये कानून होना चाहिए की सभी सरकारी कर्मचारी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में पड़ेंगे तो इससे ये फयदा होगा की अगर जज या डीएम का बेटा या बेटी पढती है तो टीचर भी सही से पढ़ायेगा और सही समय पर ड्यूटी भी आयेगा

हम सबकी सबसे पहली दिक्कत घूस ही है अगर घूस नही चलेगा तो अस्सी परसेंट प्रोब्लम ऐसे ही हल हो जायेगे छोटी छोटी प्रोब्लम के लिए घूस देनी पड़ती है

If the insanitary latrines are run by the govt. or NGOs,there should be proper supervision of these toilet complexes with the supervisor empowered to insist the users to clean the toilet in case the toilet is left unclean and dirty.However this can be done only if there is proper water supply to the complex.The existing insanitary latrines without water supply should be demolished and converted to biotoilets.Extensive awareness campaigns have to be run with NGOs regarding benefits of sanitation

By creating awareness among peoples. This can be done by doing some street plays like nukkad natak in their local language showing the harmful effects of using insanitary latrines and telling the local people about various govt. policies in this field. This can be done by promoting NGOs or by including students of various surrounding colleges of that particular area. This is the best way to create awareness among the people because this can be understood by both educated and uneducated people.

1.There should be the office system for all cleaning workers.They all should be given duties in respective locality for a period of time.There should be signing of musters daily & most imp.is careful monitoring of their work of by the heads of their offices.The worker who is doing best should be awarded.Fixed salary should be given to them.so that they could take the work more seriously 2.There should be proper facility of water, tissue papers, dustbins. 3.waste should be properly managed.
