Dear Sir, i have an idea, why dont you appoint a group of individuals from each district so that they goto the villages of there district and launch a self help scheme in which people of each area can donate small amounts of money (Rs 10,15,20 etc) so that there area is not only clean but wastelands can be converted into small parks for children to play in villages this way we can not only develope villages and keep em clean but also give more strength to the swach india movement

The individual toilet scheme will not be successful if we do not add running water and flushing facility in the scheme. Nobody wants a smelly toilet next to the place they cook and sleep.most of the houses in the village has a place for bathing for women bu no toilets reasons being that there is no flushing facility in the scheme . This scheme will end up with lot of toilets being constructed but not used. We must add enough money in the scheme to ensure flushing facility in the individual toile

Sir the litigations are increasing day by day .One small step by our government can reduce them considerably,please make entry of all agreements entered into pertaining to land to be recorded in the khautani. This will reduce the number of litigations in our courts to a great extent.

It would be best to ask the community nearby the latrines to be responsible for the clenliness. We could have the government grade the latrines from A- E depending on the clenliness and give awards for the best handled / maintained ones. This would caste a compulsion on the community. also the people woul dstart using them
