A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country.  As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

cont..you distroyed middle class and poor with import at lower rates so basically rich whose companies depended on middle class and poor also ended up as NPAs because people dont have ability to buy goods anymore. Free market is good on paper but it has created this disaster now are you going to hang/kill those economist who propegated by asking accountability of their theories? recently a harward university USA professor released a book stating same thing in USA context read it.

cont..income pyramid has 3 levels-wage earners and employees at bottom, middle class owned SMEs at middle, rich with large scale companies at top. What you have done by biased law is hollow out middle class of purchasing power and poor of employment while some rich with full automatic companies are surviving and other rich whose companies depended on middle class and poor for purchase of goods end up as NPAs so economic power has actually consolidated more in few rich so no doubt india's oligarchy

cont.. due to broken backbone of MSME and favouring imports and gaming of anti dumping act and making biased against MSMEs and favouring big companies is also reason of current recession and high level of NPA and distorted GDP data that is why no one is creating into investing in new capacity as what ever demand is there is eaten up by imports so local firms end up as NPAs. Your free market policy has created a bankng crisis so dont blame entrepreurneurs for banking crisis.

WTO agreement has helped rich not middle class and poor it has broken backbone of manufacturing MSMEs so mass unemployment has been averted with toleration of tax evasion and you guys even suspended directive priciples of state of constituion for economic independence during emergency ear and no effort to reinstate it. It was basically to prevent this moment so wested powers and foreign power dont control economy

Some revenue officers knowing tax evasion is wrong urposely dont report and take action becasue they know how badly it will affect local economy and they are angry as goverment of india is in grip of libral economists whose free market economic policy has created havoc in local economy and order to keep social stability toerate it. Goverment of India blindly accepts free markets and globalisation, FTAs and Comprehensive Economic agreements who favour imports and local economy collapse

So in short corruption in system distorts income data so even targeted subsidies will fail as your data of poor is of poor quality. You need multi pronged approach in dealing with things.

cont.. he dosent report becasue his goods can be competitive with his peers on one hand in domestic market and on other hand he also becomes competitive against foreign dumping of goods because anti dumping law is biased against MSME so basically law creates black money. Apart he knows that he can have setting with officers so why pay taxes? It creates another problem as honest taxpayers cant sell goods and if he complains he will be targeted so he also stops paying tax

A commissionarate level officer of Income tax/Excise/customs/service tax wont take action against repeat offender/first timer as he has dual advantage one one hand he can squeeze money from that guy on other hand he can have regular "hapta" per truck/consignment and that trader/industrialist gets protection in return. Its no doubt that CAG had criticised commissionarate performance in report. There is another reason why entrepreurners dont report correct income because of competition and dumping

There is no reporting of proper tax data is because of mentality of civil servents that goverment job will be gold rush due to controlling power of bureaucracy apart from their socio-economic background also contributes in creating corruption.
