DAM WITHOUT RIVER TECHNOLOGY can make it possible
It will make drought affecting areas self-sufficient for water forever
This will perform in following two levels:-
1) Village level
Construction of Artificial Water Reservoirs
a) 200 million liters water
1) Rainfall in that region ------------30 cm.
2) Small size village

In continuation of my previous post.We have a very robust http://www.nrsc.gov.in/ .The power of Geo Spatial mapping along with our IRNSS capability soon to be should be harnessed.Instead of having multiple gadgets prudent and clever use of existing resources can leap frog our water along with other natural resource mapping.More then smart water management. We need to go towards Sustainable Water Management Mechanisms with defined targets. Then only we can have IOT to back up interventions.

Dear Sir, I am quite happy to see that you have involved our beloved citizen for noble ideas. I have also some ideas like..
1. Connecting of small river specially in rainy season.
2. Making of more & more ponds for rain water harvesting
3. Give thrust of making Dams & interconnect them (Ex.China has made 3 highest dam)
4. Those cities are at sea shore like Mumbai, Chennai, Vizag, Kolkata should use Desalination plant for making fresh water for domestic purpose/other use

Before we go on to define "smart water" and the use of IOT it is importantt we define peak values of consumption and point of use to understand how "dumb our water is".Over 70 per cent of India's surface water - in rivers and ponds - is no longer fit for agriculture, let alone human consumption. Our ground water depletion rate is the highest in the world. What needs to emerge in the immediate action category is a comprehensive water management and water replenishment pathway to compliment IOT

Modiji's "Doubling of Agricultural Income" in five years is a great thought and I have a 100% proven technology, which can make it happen within 1 year. I am using this technology in my farm &other Farms with 100% success in last 6 months. The yield has increased by 200-300% with ZER0 increase input cost. This is achieved by increasing the energy of water used by more than 100 times and increaing Soil fertifilty by 85-90% by using a small gadget.I am willing to help Farmers.9381044542 Dr.Kannan

Dear PM and all others who are going to read this, connecting and controlling over rivers means disturbing the nature, world is already doing that but not more. We should think of the ways which has minimal effect on the natural activities otherwise our game will over very soon
