How about commuting? Also the buses and trains should be accessible and seats facilities need to be provided for persons with disabilities.

Public Parks, Roads with good foot paths, Conventional centers, Public Libraries, all government offices, banks, hospitals, refreshment centers, railway stations, bus stations, police stations, metro rail stations, corporation offices, courts, play areas or stadiums.
A separate lane should be maintained for these people movements along with an attendant to make them convenient.

Few Public (government) buildings frequently used by persons with disabilities to be converted into fully accessible buildings are Universities and collages,All Directorates, Employment Exchange,Courts and Tribunals, Railway and Bus Station, Banks, Secretariat, Post Office, Panchayati Raj Office, Insurance Office, Department of Social Welfare, Regional Traffic Office, Passport Office, Chief Medical Officer Office,Schools,Police Stations,Electric Supply Office, Revenue Office etc.

Sir, many buildings, partially or fully are not accessible by all - 1.High court & sub-ordinate courts 2.general hospitals and PHC's 3.Corporation - Ripon building 4.Parts of secretariat 5.colleges, especially laboratories 6.state museum 7.many post offices & banks 8.cultural centers - sabhas 9.bus termini 10.many areas of the various Railway stations, especially of the metro 11.Many of the old government buildings - tahsildar offices, directorate of education, pension office 12.Park entrances.
