Tanks near urban and sub urban areas have to be strengthened and utilized for drinking, irrigation, recreation and fisheries purposes. Maintenance is likely by department of Animal husbandry and/or educational institutions.

Please bring in accountability on the actual pendings on Pune's urban infrastructure like BRTS, concrete roads under JNNURM, as the same are not operational and executed as per the standards set. The concrete roads do not have bankings at turns and curvetures. These roads have sharp edges when merged with tar road portions making them prone to bike skiddings and accidents.

In Maharashtra we have toll booths every 50 kms. No matter how is the condition of the road, agencies collect toll tax and argue with you if you ask them about potholes and even refuse to give complaint books. There should be proper audit about quality of the roads if toll is getting collected. Also, a full check is must to check why so much toll tax is getting collected in Maharashtra only.

Preserving ground water is more important for future. Instead of spending money for 100 days, those money can used for recovering small size water canals for agricultural lands through wages given in 100 days work.

Govt. spending thousands of cross amount for 100 days work , it is not helping to the people and due to that agricultural people are suffering a lot those who are doing agriculture on summer . so it is kind request better to cancel. that , it is not only my thought its all India agricultural people thought for that I have an idea, it better to start "raite raju" to provide labour to agricultural with subsidised 40% through village BPOs

Water management: Just don’t talk of big things like moving rivers to opposites direction etc etc. Start harvesting water by using roof top water in rainy season to be send to underground water canopies for later use. Ex is that of Jaiselmer/ Jodhpur etc, where people have bawaries in basement of their homes, which serves as individual reservoirs. If not this big work u can do then , start putting roof top water of rain in old handpmp of yr house which has dried due to depletion of water level

SIR, please formulate some law to control population.I think black money should be invested in defence. In colony big west bins should be provided by government,so residents don't have to surrender to greedy demands of garbage collectors.
