Will the DOPT will scrutinize the vacancies as on very 31st December for the last 10 years , rank wise , i.e. Group A, B , C and D. and find the reason for not timely filling the vacancies in group C and D , which are the main stream of the department concerned. The responsibility may also be fixed suitably.

In most of the offices in governments , daily new proforma are being circulated to furnish the details of the monthly progress etc by their field units , but the orders remains silent to close and drop the old one , which are not in practically useful or befitting , for which not only tons of paper but even the man -power are also being misuse in preparation of the same. May we hope DOPT will circulate to all ministry to review their all such monthly ,statements etc with dropping the old one ?

In the early year 1970-71 , while I was in college at Varanasi , it was read in Hindi magazine " DHARMYUG" that the drinking water at this planet (Earth) was available for only 200 years. Thsi article , whenever being discussed before 1983-84 , the people were not ready to listen it all seriously , but now a day it was being admitted , as the peoples and coworkers are being cautious to be much more alert ,other wise the next generation would be compelled to carry oxygen with them like M water

government must supply solar panels at 50% cost to individuals registered with income tax dept. and who are paying income tax regularly for the last 3 years. panels should be supplied one time only- panels should be enough to produce power of 6kilowatt. this reduces a lot of burden of power load-domestic power burden - and power thus saved can be supplied to industries in the day time.

Wondering how best I can contribute to country which has given me everything, thanks to motivating speech and clarity of thoughts. I being a principal motivated my students to take up task which can improve the ground water of Kumdvathi river and supply water to Bengaluru. WE 21 girls, 21 boys with 9 staff members of SOUNDARYA PU COLLEGE cleaned a sacred pond in SIX hours on Oct 9, 2014. People did not believe we did it, please see to believe & SAY NO PLASTICS

Simple methods are to be adopted for rain water harvesting. In my view digging pits of @ 3x3x6 feet50 meter away along both side of roads in city which will cover up by precast concrete slabs of 4x4 feet width 3 inch having steel mash of 1x1 feet at center .The rain water on road will be filled & socked by hungry soil inside the pits in concrete jungle of city.Extra water will go on its way. House owners encouraged to make arrangement to collect water at one point & drooped it in pits by pipes

I was reading article in Economic Times which mentions that India is importing gold worth 77000 Cror from Switzerland. There is a suspicion that black money is being circulated or brought back using Gold / layering. It also mentions Swiss government is not co-operating for providing information. In such case why not India ban all Gold import from Swiss ? Once this is done Swiss government will automatically co-operate and black money should reduce. I know Saudi Government did same with Denmark
