we are planning rain water harvesting while constructing new buildings. the same way we can construct rain water harvesting tanks in the subways , roads , and paddy / wheat fields (to maintain a water level ) . by this we are increasing the ground water level we will save electricity which is used while pumping the water which is stored on stagnated in the road sides etc. and we can avoid spoling of paddy / wheat crops .

Drinking and cooking water required for single person evrdy is not more than 15 ltrs a day. So we can recycle the waste water which can be used for washing cleaning sanitation and gardening purposes.

We can save & use waste water flowing out from sewage line to small nalas in every city. This can be done by local govt bodies. This waste water can be stopped at various locations by making few feet high barriers. The water thus stopped can be used for fish breeding, duck farming, plant nursery, cement bricks manufacturing, concrete mixing plants. This will generate employment and improve ground water level. The amount of water that flows out every day is approximate 80% of the city needs.
