For water saving use of biological blocks by corporates should be made mandatory. There are hardly few corporates using biological blocks for urinal in their offices. Please make it mandatory and also conduct audit for its effective implementations.

panchayat functionaries should be given the task to identify a place far from habitation to be used as a garbage ground . if there is a market in that panchayat area then few persons can be employed to collect garbage from shopkeepers on daily basis . and shopkeepers should be charged for that and it should be made mandatory . also garbage collected can be recycled as most of it would be plastic and paper and can be sold to' kabarivalas '. it will also provide monetry benefit to garbage collecters and market places would remain neat and clean .

First i start from all stations, i will suggest to give dustbins on every polls. So everyperson will use dustbins. As per my expr. the dustbins distance is so far from every polls and even on some stations it is very difficult to find the dustbins. If we establish dustbins on every poll the then our station cleanness will increase almost 50%.

In agra, reason behind the dirt is not only people awareness.... The reason is that in India less well drainage system. That effects to pollute river yamuna which effects the daily supply of water in Agra regularly. There is place near the tajmahal, the dirt is placed all around the garbage box instead inside the box. So many times I warned people who do this. But they answered "yeh tera ghar toh nahi hai ".so please take action against these people. sweeper dump the garbage into the runnel.

In big cities, the water conservation is poorly observed. The rainwater floods the roads. In Smart cities that government plans to develop this mismanagement should be avoided by better planning by studying geomorphology of the place(many 100's square kms) and low lying areas and planning watershed accordingly. Maintaining pure water bodies is needed with polluting them.

Sir,Today it was announced that that the implementation period of Kuttanad Development project by Dr Swaminathan to control floods in Kuttanad in Kerala is extended to 2016.The implementation of the project is in the hands of corrupt people .and political leadership, govt officials and contractors are taking advantage. So the Central Govt must have control over the effective implementation of the scheme and a honest officer like Rishi Raj SinghIPS maybe appointed as the project officer.
