Every one knows that Indians(except some people) are not ready to change their mind to keep the city/place clean; so govt. should make a strict rule such as make video of that person that throws scrap everywhere and make the video public on TV and social media.(Mentioning his/her name & address if possible) and punish him/her capitally(Cash).

Dear Modi ji, Combining OCI and PIO schemes is no big deal. NRIs want dual citizenship. That is the real thing. That will encourage NRIs to invest in long term projects which means more flow of money, technology, best business practices, knowledge and more jobs.

Why not construct big wells adjacent to areas which would be inundated, from here water should be pumped to nearby reservoirs using big pipes laid underground or even at surface level. This will help save water which otherwise will be going to the sea and will inundate the locality

There is a need to rejuvenate village ponds and low lying areas by creating bunds for rain water harvesting and raising the water table fast depleting. Unscruplus land mafia has occupied village ponds and flood plains for their vested interests thus affecting the livelihood of millions of poor. These areas need reclamation starting from the village level upwards to the national level

Real time achievement can only be possible by relal time photographs of the crops for improving agricultural productivity. I think we can have a cost effevtive satellite for agriculture and improve productivity. Preparing soil health card shall be much more costlier activity than a satellite

A canal can be built in the central portion of India from Delhi to kanyakumari. All the rivers could be connected to this canal & canal should branch out from this canal irrigating the lands on both the sides of the canal. Reservoirs should also be built along this canal at regular intrvals to stock sufficient/ surplus water which can be used later as required

In lot of big complexes, houses, office spaces, malls, parks, resorts etc. huge spaces are covered by carpet grass. This requires a lot of water for maintenance. Even doctors advise not to walk on this grass barefoot because of its harmful effects due to large amounts of insecticides and pesticides used. Suggestion: To promote local bushes, shrubs, trees and other plants in place of carpet grass resulting in saving of millions of litres of water, increasing water level and purification of air.
