Respected PM MODI JI Ref.to my previous letter dated 23 Aug 2014 and registration at PMO Office Varanasi dated 12 oct 2014 registration no.20 to save Kunds & Talabs of Varanasi as per APEX COURT'S decision in Hinchlal Tiwari vs Kamla Devi and others case 2001 to restore on the basis of revenue records of July 1952 but local administration neglecting orders please your intervention is needed and give me an appointment during Varanasi visit.

Community participation is vital for better management of watershed. However, the need and importance of participation of people should be inculcated from the child hood at primary school level. It is a difficult task to make an adult to participate in a community scheme voluntarily, until unless he/she is paid or benefited.

Just like 100 township creation project, every year 10,000 lakes creation project must initiate by government. It will harvest more rain water and other developments. After creation of big the lake, it can be connect existing small lakes.

Education project (अगला भाग) * प्रत्येक मलिन बस्तियों मे विद्यालय स्थापित कियें जायें । स्थापित विद्यालयों मे केवल मलिन बस्तियों के बच्चे,स्त्री,षुरुष आदि को शिक्षा दी जाये। स्थापित विद्यालयों के कोर्षो मे कम से कम बिषय हो। मलिन वस्तियों मे रहने वाले अशिक्षित बच्चे,स्त्री,पुरुष आदि को चिन्हित करने के लियें रिटायर फौजीयों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाये। प्रशिक्षित फौजी चिन्हित किये गये अशिक्षित बच्चे,स्त्री,पुरुष आदि का डाटा कम्प्यूटर के माध्यम से सम्बन्धित उच्च विभाग को प्रतिदिन प्रदान करे।( मलिन बस्तियों मे हास्पीटल,कृषि केन्द्र,सुझाव केन्द्र आदि आदि भी स्थापित कियें जायें )................

Someone i know has started watershed storage and its use for daily needs such as watering the garden is being done in Himachal. It interested me on hearing this the government provide subsidy for this.That's a good thing. But at the same time they were not quite aware of the fact that water storage if not utilised can be a hazard too if the water remains stagnant for long due to breeding of mosquitoes and all leading to evolution of diseases.They were not quite aware how to proceed.any helpline

ग्राम पंचायत ब्यवस्था को मजबूत एवं प्रभावशाली बनाने के लिए यह मेरा एक सुझाव है की "कोई भी सरपंच अपने रिस्तेदार या अभिभावक को अपने अधिकार नहीं सौंपेगा। इसीतरह सरपंच अपने रिश्तेदारों या नजदीकी (ड्राइवर, घरेलू नौकर आदि ) लोगों को अन्य मनोनीत पद नहीं देंगे"।
