Lands must aquire for water bodie and their routes by acquisition act just like High way roads, railway roads, factories and other infrastructure . Otherwise not easy to develop our water bodies and their routes. Exist water bodies affected by encroachment, government must rejuvenate the warer bodies by replacing or removing or acquisition the encroachment. Such urgent need to rejuvenate the warer bodies.

In the name of real estate, agriculture lands are misused , even this lands are utilising for block money safety. Government must legislate a law for land utilisation . In the act, limit or fix a ceiling per family maximum housing properties 4800 Sq. Ft. Only and don't allow more plots in one family. Government buildings and factories must prefer waste land (low fertility sols).

The traditional system of the "kunds", the water ponds inside the houses needed to be revived again. The ancient structural design of "bawris" was suitable to support the village water problems. It is necessary thus to revive the traditional methods and bring them to life.Cleaning of the old tanks or rebuilding can be good options."OLD IS GOLD"

Sir, rain water harvesting systems should be made compulsory in all new and old houses more than 300 sq yards in size. Government should provide subsidized rain water harvesting systems The average daily water needs of a person should be calculated and as per the survey of India the usage per household should be calculated. Upto that limit water should be provided at nominal rates and after that the rates should be increased manifolds so that it acts as a stimulant for people to conserve water

An innovative idea of saving water "Every house should have permitted use of water. It should not cross the limit set by the government. the waterworks department should look after the water bills every month if any house exceeds the limit ,,whether the house is having a water supply or a bore it should inform and register for it and this absolutely reduces the use of water in every household and the saved water could be supplied to the poor"

The JANA-DHANA yojana is quite good, and it will develop banking awareness and money saving habits inthe general public, however the Scheme name is not self meaningful. It should be JANA- DHANAWAN. The very aim of this scheme is to make people wealthy by proper utilisation of money. With present name , narrow minded people my criticise that Government that this scheme is meant to extract money rom poor, common man to the banks. Name JANA-DHANAWAN will clearly indicate that we want to make wealthy. If found appropriate may be accepted.
