in tier -II, tier III and remote location, railway used its unused space for hotels and other activities through hybrid PPP model.
it should divert all activities except main core function through PPP model to run school, hospital and many others to save expendiature.

A smart card can be given to a person for fortnight. Including facilities of fare, food, shopping, etc. The person with the card may use it for any one of his group(other's means, he should choose three beloved names, one of them can use the card in his absence/adhar card is must). This may save time, tax, so that, the poor can also be benefited by not charged by cancellation of ticket. Thank you, regards, Dattatreya, 9900542796.

1.You can earn revenue by selling the biodegradable and non biodegradable waste by selling it to recycling companies.
This will also encourage swacch Bharat .
2.You can install mini windmills on the top part of trains to generate electricity and use it to run the stations or sell it.
