Increasing Non-Fare Revenue ideas
1. Encourage Advertisement inside and outside of compartments
2. Have TVs installed and use the entertainment as a means to generate revenue on advertisement, sponsored programmes etc.
3. Have libraries setup inside train and have books on rental basis
4. Similar to (3), have child care logistics to generate revenue
5. Special charges for people preferring to have tables in Shatabdi kind of trains
6. Encourage private operators to run trains

1.Incorporate flexible solar cell sheets on all train tops
2.Include a system which collects human excreta from train toilets through pipes by pumping into a container at the last bogie and it can be unloaded in a particular station to make compost. our stations become tidy and we also produce manure.
3. Plant Sandalwood, Teak and such type of tree saplings on either sides of the tracks and at stations where do you think there is no expansion required.
4. You can also grow fruit trees.

There are many suggestions regarding these problem....
1. Regular checking of tickets in general coach of each and every train.
2. Seal the railway boundary at the outer so no passenger will left the train before station.
3. Apply the e-tickets facility for general also and it must be compulsory for each and every passenger. If they donot have mobile than it should be charged Rs.1/- for every printed ticket. It saves the paper cost and provides the extra income to the railway.

1.Use solid lubricant such as graphite between tracks and wheels; so that it minimises friction, increases mileage and life of wheels and tracks.
